Features and Benefits

  • High Current Handling: Precision-machined contacts for superior power handling, minimizing signal distortion.
  • Rugged Construction: Durable shells (e.g., zinc diecast, machined aluminum) for maximum durability.
  • Hazardous Environment Certification (for specific variants): ATEX/IECEx certified for explosive atmospheres (Zone 1, Gas IIC, Dust 21); flame and dust-proof (Ex d, Ex de, T6).
  • Environmental Sealing: IP68 protection against moisture, dust, and contaminants.
  • Secure Coupling: Single-lead threaded or quick-release, vibration-resistant latch locks for positive mating.
  • Versatile Contact Arrangements: Wide range of contact positions (1 to 68) and sizes (18 AWG to 4/0 AWG, 313 to 777 MCM AWG) for power, signal, and mixed applications.
  • Durable Finishes: Scratch-resistant black hardcoat plating for enhanced corrosion resistance.
  • Cable Support: Cable flex relief and robust clamps support various cable diameters, minimizing bend stress.
